Actemra (tocilizumab) is a medication prescribed for treating active cases of moderate-to-severe adult rheumatoid arthritis. Actemra works by preventing cells from producing inflammatory molecules via blocking IL-6 which helps reduce signs and symptoms such as pain, swelling, fatigue as well as slow disease activity over time.
Avsola (infliximab-axxq, mavrilimumab remicade biosimilar) is a medication that helps reduce signs and symptoms of active rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis in adults when taken alongside other medications for the same condition. Avsola prevents cells from producing inflammatory molecules, helping to slow down disease progression while also relieving pain and swelling associated with RA and PsA.
